You are invited to be a part of The Fullerton Collaborative Presents the 14th Annual 'Faces of Fullerton,' a celebration to be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016. Each participant is required to have an "Intergenerational Interactive Activity" for outreach to the community. Please submit the form below no later than March 1, 2016.

(Neighborhood Luminary) – Includes all neighborhood benefactor items plus an engraved wall plaque.

(Neighborhood Benefactor) – Includes all neighborhood sponsor items plus a business ad in the event signage.

$250
(Neighborhood Sponsor) – Included all neighbor participant items plus special recognition in the event signage.

$100 ($75 - Fullerton Collaborative Members)
(Neighborhood Participant) – Includes activity space, tables and chairs, and electricity (if needed). Free lunch is provided to your activity Space. Your activity space location listed in the event signage. This donation level will be reduced to $75 for current Fullerton Collaborative members.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you or your organization would like to participate but can not afford any of these donation levels, please contact the Fullerton Collaborative executive director at 714-356-2798. We want you as a participant and will help you find a sponsor the help defray your cost.

Event registration will be from 7am-9am. Please arrive no later than 9 am; early check-in is encouraged.
