Yes, your ZIP Code.  Katie Kalvoda, Founder of Advance OC will join us and discuss the creation of this digital platform that spotlights social and health disparities in Fullerton neighborhoods. We will hear about new local data that is community-centered, equity-focused to close gaps and improve the health and well-being.

We will also hear from our collaborative leaders on the work in our Early Childhood, Homelessness Task Force, Nxt Gen youth empowerment (formerly at-risk), and Health & Wellness sub-committees.
