Fullerton General Meeting - Fullerton’s Equity Map Data Trends: How does your zip code shape your health?

  • Fullerton Public Library 353 West Commonwealth Avenue Fullerton, CA, 92832 United States (map)

We invite you to join us at the next Collaborative Meeting at our regular location in the Fullerton Public Library’s Community Room. Come join us at our regular general meeting. Did you know that your ZIP Code is the greatest predictor of how long you are expected to live? Not your blood pressure, not your cholesterol levels, not your genetics. Yes, your ZIP Code.  Katie Kalvoda, Founder of Advance OC will join us and discuss the creation of this digital platform that spotlights social and health disparities in Fullerton neighborhoods. We will hear about new local data that is community-centered, equity-focused to close gaps and improve the health and well-being.

We will also hear from our collaborative leaders on the work in our Early Childhood, Homelessness Task Force, Nxt Gen youth empowerment (formerly at-risk), and Health & Wellness sub-committees.

You will be able to meet and connect with over 50 Fullerton Collaborative professional members, so make sure to bring your flyers & business cards.
