This month’s Fullerton Collaborative General meeting will focus on Youth Voice in Our City. Members of City of Fullerton’s Parks & Recreation Department will highlight the newly formed Youth Committee, an initiative designed to amplify youth perspectives in community decision-making.

In addition, we will hear and discuss a message of care and a call to action—a reminder of Fullerton’s strong tradition of neighborly support and the importance of passing on this spirit of care to future generations.

Fullerton Collaborative General Meeting - Citywide Community Engagement & Collaboration: Fullerton Moving Forward

We start our new fiscal year on August 8 with our general meeting in-person! At this meeting members will hear from Eric Levitt, the new City of Fullerton manager. We will also hear ways the City of Fullerton Parks & Rec department is engaging in the community. The focus of the discussion will be on Fullerton Collaborative strengths, opportunities, and how we can work together to make a collective impact in the upcoming city-wide strategic plan.

There will also be reports from our Health & Wellness (MMEH), Early Childhood, Homelessness Task Force, and next gen youth empowerment (formerly At-Risk Youth) subcommittees.
